"Being In the health and wellness industry myself, I've always sought to improve my habits and I've tried a lot of different philosophies. The amount of different fads and research on health trends are endless and confusing. Jacquie's approach is different though. What I loved most about her program was that it was made easily attainable through her "little adapts" concept. The healthy habits we learned simply work wonders and Jacquie does an amazing job of teaching them and giving really practical ways to adopt them to become part of our daily lives. The Little Adapts by Jax programs each offer group support and accountability. Jacquie is always there to support you, she helps you feel a sense of accomplishment and most importantly she practices what she preaches. Everything she knows works because she's been through it herself. All the adapts and practices just make sense, and after working with her I've gained more energy, many of my aches and pains have vanished, I feel lighter, and overall so much healthier."

"I like to call Jacquie my health-fitness-almanac-therapist. I worked with Jax for three months and I truly feel like my DNA has changed. Im no longer in the unhealthy cycle of bing eating, bing working out, pasta carbo loading, faux intermittent fasting, health yo-yo-ing that I've struggled with for a long time. Over our three months together, we built up weekly and monthly goals to get my mind and health right! Jacquie is so positive and the best little cheerleader to get you where you want to go, and get you there so that your new life is truly a new lifestyle. She caters each goal, week, month, nutrition, workouts etc to you! I am now a "little adapts" master, I make smart meal choices, I am better at grocery shopping, and more motivated to move my body every day- even if that means only going a 15-20 min of work. I am sad our time is complete but she has left we with the tools, information, and confidence to keep going and to get even better, healthier, and more fit! I can't recommend Jacquie's services enough!!! Do yourself a favor and get this girl in your life!!!!!"

"Jacquie is absolutely incredible! She is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping her clients find a balanced and healthy lifestyle. I was lucky enough to find Jacquie when I was in the midst of battling various health concerns that had lasted for far too long. I am a fitness professional and I have always lived a pretty healthy lifestyle, but after taking a few too many rounds of prescribed antibiotics I was struggling to get back to feeling like myself again. After working with Jacquie for 6 weeks I felt like a completely new person! She helped me reset my body with proper nutrition + supplements, balanced workouts, and finding ways to help me reduce my stress levels. She guided me to set realistic goals that I have been able to maintain past our sessions. I am incredibly grateful for all of her help!!"

"I just completed the 12 Day Reboot with Jax and I can't say enough great things about it! Let me start by saying as a mom of four I thought being exhausted, stressed and achy was just part of the job, not to mention overweight and bloated. I signed up because I knew I needed the motivation, accountability, and I was hoping it would help me drop a few pounds. I got those and benefits I wasn't expecting. At the end of just 12 days so many things have changed for the better. I have the most restful sleep and I wake up feeling great. I have more energy physically and mentally throughout the entire day than I've had in a very long time. My 2 o'clock 'daily dip' where I would feel like I could fall asleep standing up has disappeared. Many of my body aches and pains seem to have melted away and I'm no longer taking Advil daily. Not to mention I did drop a few pounds, 6 to be exact, and 5&1/2 inches! ...I can't say enough good things about this program. It has a simple structure with a ton of support and I achieved the goals I wanted too along with several more! The reboot has also brought 'little adapts' into my life that are making big difference. "If you're looking for a health and nutrition coach that will help be supportive and help you adjust your lifestyle to be healthier - try Jacquie, she's INCREDIBLE! I worked with Jacquie for 3 months on the "sweat vow" program because I'm getting married in September. Even though the wedding is a few months out, by working with Jacquie, I was able to make "little adapts" every week that not only furthered my nutrition and fitness goals but also helped me with wedding planning. I was diagnosed with diabetes (genetic Type 2) about a month into working on the Sweat Vow program. While I was not overweight or anything that typically comes with Type 2 diabetes, I love bread and sweets so to get that news was far from ideal. After Googling diabetes and reading all of the negative side effects of my medication and all of the negative side effects of the disease in general, I was terrified and stressed, to say the least! Jacquie was so great in that she gave me supplements to try that naturally lower my blood sugar, natural methods to help relieve my anxiety, and she gave me articles to read and learn what diabetes means for my body and how I can manage it over time. Working with Jacquie at this crucial time in my life has been such a Godsend and a blessing. I can honestly say that all of the "little adapts" I've made over the past 3 months that she's helped me with are things that will stick with me forever. "Prior to joining the program, I had never cared about what I was putting into my body and what effect it had on my overall health. After 6 weeks with Jax, I lost 8lbs, have renewed focus at work, and can enjoy my evenings socially without worrying that what I eat/drink will cause me to not feel well later on in the night. The information she shares including but not limited to recipes, health remedies, restaurant menu recommendations and the reasons why, exercise training guides, etc is invaluable and will lead to future success for me when it comes to my health. Jax is a wonderful consultant and provides a rundown of everything you've been able to accomplish at the completion of her program. I often recommend Jax to coworkers but if you're looking for a nutritionist in the city, she should be top of the list."

"I recently finished Jacquie's "12 Day Real Food Reboot" Program and as a bride-to-be I could not be happier with my results! As someone who was a college athlete, still works out consistently 3-6 days a week, and eats healthy-ish I was struggling to figure out what was going to take my body to the next level for my wedding this year. This program was exactly what I needed. Not only was the food guide Jacquie created helpful and delicious, but there were best holistic health practices to incorporate into my life as well. My favorite aspect was the support group, a Whats App group of everyone who was doing the program. We sent pictures of the food we made from Jacquie's recipes, asked Jacquie questions about what food could be included, and shared our experiences throughout the reboot. Whenever you're doing something like this where you are trying to reach a new goal, having a support group of people doing the same exact thing is so helpful! Over only 12 days, I lost 10 pounds and looked the most toned I have in years! The cooking and meal prep was a lot of work, but with the guidelines and recipes Jacquie provided it made Sunday grocery shopping easy. I highly recommend her program for any brides looking to lose weight, learn how to creatively eat healthy, and learn how to establish healthy habits when it comes to taking care of your body. This was definitely 12 days of feel good eating, and I still continue to use the recipes from Jacquie and incorporate healthy lifestyle practices into my daily routine!"
