As a recent bride, I understand how important it is to look and feel your absolute best on your wedding. Not only did I feel amazing on the day, but I have been able to maintain it after and couldn’t be happier. As a Holistic Health Coach and Barre and Yoga Teacher, I applied everything I knew about eating well and working out consistently to make sure I was in tip top shape. *Note: I did NOT do a restrictive diet, count calories, or make myself feel miserable in the process. As I went through this process, I realized I could take what I learned and help other beautiful brides reach their health goals while reducing their overall stress!
