Ingredients
6 oz unsweetened vanilla non-dairy milk
½ frozen banana
1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
1 tbsp
almond butter
1 pitted
medjool date
½ tsp
cinnamon
1 handful of spinach
Optional: 1 tbsp
ground flaxseed
1 scoop collagen powder or
vanilla protein powder
1 scoop resistance starch or
acacia fiber
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the blender until well combined and enjoy!
