  • 1.5 bananas
  • ¾ cup frozen berries
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 4 ice cubes
