- 1 large cucumber
- 1 box cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dried Basil
- Halve tomatoes, quarter cucumbers, and mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, and dried basil to taste. Enjoy!
