Place dates, coconut butter, matcha, raw almonds + almond milk into a high-speed blender or food processor. You may need to use the tampor and/or stop to scrape the sides. You’ll know it’s done once a dough forms.
Place dough in a bowl with a cover and cool in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
Fold in chia seeds + dark chocolate chips into the dough. Roll into small (golf) size balls and place in an airtight container.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the fridge for a month. Enjoy!
