Ingredients
  • 10 oz coconut milk
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp camu camu powder
  • 2 tbsp MCT oil (can sub coconut oil)
  • 1 tbsp spirulina (optional or use another protein source)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend.
  2. Enjoy!
