- 10 oz coconut milk
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 1 tbsp camu camu powder
- 2 tbsp MCT oil (can sub coconut oil)
- 1 tbsp spirulina (optional or use another protein source)
- Add all ingredients to the blender and blend.
