Ingredients
5 tbsp
gluten free rolled oats
1 tbsp
chia seeds
1 tbsp
ground flax seed
1 tbsp nuts and/or seeds (of your choice)
1 tbsp
unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tbsp
goji berries
1 tbsp
granola
1 tbsp
hemp hearts
¼-½ cup of fresh berries/fruit
½ cup of almond or non-dairy milk
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except berries and milk into a cereal bowl or mason jar.
Toss all ingredients so they are well mixed.
Top with fresh berries + milk and enjoy!
